Key Responsibility:
- Lead and work on analytic projects to enable more data driven decision making and personalized experiences for our customers
- Generate reports/analyses and dashboards providing insights and recommendations based on data across the channels
- Partner with internal teams to understand clients’ business and marketing goals and provide analytic, integrated marketing solutions to advance the goals
- Partner with stakeholders to extract highly relevant, actionable insights and optimization recommendations, as well as executing ad-hoc analysis as required by business stakeholders at all levels
- Analyze marketplace and consumer trends within and across multiple industries
- Develop rich insights fueled by data to support strategy and creative work
- Manage database and analytical tools to design client facing reporting
What You Will Need:
- 1-3 years analytics experience in CRM/SCRM/Web Analytics
- Strong Experience working with SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio…)
- Hands-on technical experience in implementing the tracking solution on brand site/APP/WeChat Mini Program
- Self-starter, fast learner, and strong team player
- Good communication skills. Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering required
- Google Big Query, R and Python experience is a strong plus
- Extremely detail oriented and organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Outstanding quantitative and research skills
