职位介绍 Job Overview We're looking for a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our products and services through our channel partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with channel partners and marketing to them effectively. They will be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop creative and effective plans to achieve our revenue goal and objectives. They will also be a strong communicator who can build relationships and influence others. As a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist, you should coordinate with the marketing team in planning marketing campaigns and measuring its effectiveness. Besides, you should conduct thorough market research and be familiar with the latest industry trends and developments. Your strong analytical skills will be beneficial in reviewing channel partners behavior. Duties and Responsibilities Align with sales goals and develop channel marketing programs to achieve these goals. Develop positive working relationship with channel partners to generate revenue. Assist partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer base. Support partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, emails to develop brand awareness, and users’ events. Keep partners up to date with the new products and enhancements. Managing partner portals and prepare marketing collaterals and newsletters for partners. Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget. Assist in continuously improving and optimizing channel marketing programs. Plan and organize product launch event, sales training, and other marketing events for partners and customers. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs. Preparing and maintaining an accurate report of all the channel activities Create KPIs for each of the channels and able to track with improvement plans Generate new ideas for each channel optimization. Identify and leverage trends in consumer behavior to provide partners with proven strategies to increase web traffic and conversions. Requirements and Qualification Manage marketing programs, budgets, and projects, collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to develop and execute strategies and tactics for increasing channel partner revenues and market share Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of partner relationships, including indirect, and online partners, while managing expectations, driving growth, and maintaining consistent performance Develop and execute strategies to optimize online marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, SEO, display ads, and online PR to increase qualified lead flow into sales pipeline. Develop and provide detailed reporting to the sales and marketing team Identify and leverage trends in consumer behavior to provide partners with proven strategies to increase web traffic and conversions Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven work experience as a Channel Marketing Manager or a similar position in the Marketing department Excellent analytical, critical thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations, and excellent multitasking abilities
